Shipping policy

Every order is carefully prepared by our dedicated team on weekdays (Monday–Friday, with statutory holidays off). We usually ship within 4 to 5 business days unless the product listing states otherwise. For our U.S. buyers, shipping has been streamlined through our American distribution center, so there are no unexpected customs fees to worry about. Rest assured, we’re making every effort to dispatch promptly; however, please plan for up to 15 business days in transit, as we depend on current inventory at our U.S. hub.
